Mr. & Mrs. Libretto....I mean Wiscott:)

So finally the day has come....my best friend Ashley tied the knot!!!! I think I was more excited about this wedding then I was my own. October 23rd was a beautiful day and things went as smoothly as they can with a wedding. I must say Ashley was a stunning bride. She is normally such a tee shirt and jeans kind of girl that I'm always excited to see her get all fancied up! In my next wedding, as in if I ever renew my vows (had you there for a second didn't I.) I want a dress just like this hers, maybe I'll just borrow hers! The entire day seemed so "Ashley" to me and for those of you who know her will understand that. Now in this wedding I would have guessed that the groomsmen would have been late or done something super silly. I guessed wrong, it was the brides maids! We made a last second decision to stop at the liquor store so we could all take shots before Ashley said her "I do's." Luckily we had the photographer and the videographer in the limo with us so the entire scene is captured in more then one way! Its hilarious!!! During the ceremony the kids in the wedding party added their own twist on things. The ring bearer literally ran down the aisle in total Jack fashion and one of the flower girls was beating some of the groomsmen with her flowers (they were her uncles.) It definitely left the guests laughing. I always love what the kids do, at my wedding two of my flower girls were arguing over who threw more rose petals as I was saying my vows. Never a dull moment with kids! I loved watching how both sides of the brides and grooms families mingled and talked. They are all awesome people!!!! Not that I don't have an awesome extended family myself but I am pretty envious that Ashley has added some great new family to her life:) It was a wedding to remember and I couldn't be happier for my dear friend and her new husband!!!!! As I ended my toast that night....may your seas always be calm, the wind at your backs and your catch at life plentiful and full!!! Congrats!!!!!
