Friends:)

So the above picture is a shot of Liam and his best friend Miller Harris. Miller is the son of a very close friend of mine Alex. Our boys are exactly three weeks apart in age. I wish that our boys got to play together more but we will take what we can get:) It has been really nice to have another fellow Mom basically right on the same track as us developmentally. Alex and I have known each other since middle school too so its just been really awesome to get to share everything back and forth. Lucky for us Alex and Miller flew out here to Oklahoma for a visit. It was AWESOME to say the least. Alex and I got in lots of girl talking time and lucky for the boys they had each other to entertain. We took the boys for their first meal at P.F. Changs, went to the zoo and did lots of shopping. Then during a few evenings we left Dan in charge of the boys and we headed out for some solo Momma time! We went out to lunch at Panera, caught a movie and of course did more shopping. I just loved having a friend out here and things being uninterrupted. Whenever I am back home in NC its like a whirlwind trying to spend enough time with my family and friends. So it was just really great to get to give Alex my undivided attention and vise versa. The boys had a blast together. Miller is definitely the vocal and outgoing one and Liam is a little more reserved and likes to take it all in first....humm sounds like their Mamma's too?!?!
