Well Spring has sprung at our house!!! I've already had to turn the A/C on, which I'm hoping isn't an indicator to a super long hot summer again. Normally we get about a week of spring and fall in Oklahoma and the rest is freezing cold winter or blazing hot and humid summer. On the other hand we have had spring like temperatures for a few weeks now so hopefully that indicates the opposite and that we will have a nice long and enjoyable spring and fall. I love this time of year, but my husband and sons allergies do not so much. Luckily the pollen hasn't been too terrible yet. We have had lots of wild fires here in OK, not near our house or anything but with the crazy OK wind some days it feels like the fire is in our back yard. But being the beach girl I am, I know if you just give the wind a little time it will switch directions in no time. Speaking of that crazy OK wind/breeze, it blew down part of our fence last week. We had it fixed in no time luckily. So far the spring weather here has been calm but as we know here in OK its prime time tornado season so I am constantly keeping an eye on the forecast. Dan has been gone the last few days for work and Liam has been getting the extreme "Mama spoiling" by snuggling in Mamas bed till way past bedtime and watching her evening shows with her. (Also there was one large furry baby cuddling with us, one guess who that was??? GUS!) I am thinking that I am going to start some kind of "while Daddy's away tradition" with Liam. Like getting to sleep with Mama and breakfast in bed or something. Presently I'm too afraid to really let him sleep in my bed with me because its way to high off the ground and he is still a rolly polly in his sleep. But soon enough it will be a fun tradition to start. That's about it from out here, hope every ones spring is off to a fun start!!!
