Well its my favorite time of year again. The temperatures are dropping and the air is a little more on the crisp side. Now I am a "fair weather" kind of girl so fall is my most favorite since if you're at the beach the water is still warm enough and the air is just cool enough that you won't get too hot or break a sweat walking to and from your car. Now in Oklahoma this means the 100*+ days have ended and my air conditioning unit can catch its breath...lol! The days are just long enough this time of year and the sun comes up at a decent time. I love getting mums for the front porch and the thought of pumpkins and gourds makes me happy. As a matter of fact we drove way out into the country today to try and take Liam to a pumpkin patch but we were about a weekend too early. It was worth a try. We wound up at Bass Pro Shops instead, I figured it was a good save for Dan:) I took this picture of Liam this morning. I swear he looks like a two year old instead of a 1 year old. I think its safe to say he is walking now. He will take about 5 steps and then decides crawling is faster and possibly safer. He is so proud of himself too when he walks across and area. He will look up at you like "Hey Mom, look what I did!!! Clap for me!!!" He is just too cute for words. He now waves and attempts to say hi but it just comes out as "I!!!" He won't do it on demand, but every once in a while I can get him to copy me. Liam is really starting to make "Dan" looks at me. Cracks me up every time I see one. So that's about where we are since our last post on here. Ready to enjoy our "Okie" fall and hope that every ones fall is off to a great start too!
