Very Sad News...

As most people who read my blog know that I was a hair stylist in NC prior to moving to OK and becoming a stay at home Mom. I hold my old clients very dear to my heart and think of them often. Today I received some very sad news. An old client of mine whom was close to me in age took his own life. This man was just always so pleasant and polite. He was the type who held doors for people coming in and out of the salon, always said thank you and never seemed to complain. I just can't believe something like this could have happened to him. I'm a firm believer that we never really know what other people are going through or what they may or may not be struggling with. That's why you should always treat others the way you wish to be treated. I wish something or someone could have changed the out come for this young man. He was just a good person lost way too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with him, his family and friends.

You should always take the time to say "Thank You" when someone does any act of kindness towards you. Always return a smile. You should always tell the people you love that you love them before you hang up the phone or let them walk out the door. Always kiss your children goodnight and tell them how much you love them. For one day you may never have the opportunity to do it again. So to all my family and friends, in case I don't tell or show you all enough, I love you and appreciate you all just for who you are!!!
