Three!!!!

I know I say this every year but seriously, where does the time go?!?! On the 1st Liam turned 3. Such a big boy these days!!! We had his party the weekend before his actual birthday. It was a baseball theme since we love baseball! We had about 26 people at our house, it was a great afternoon cookout:) Presently Liam enjoys vanilla ice cream, the IPad (which he is amazing to watch on), his best friend is definitely Gus (our 6 year old lab), play dough is a hit and sharks interest him the most! Our big boy is still in the 90-95 percentile for height and weight at 38lbs and 40 inches tall:) I love that my Mom kept such detailed baby books on my brothers and I, Liam is nearly 2 and 1/2 inches taller then me when I was 3:)

Liam also started a 3 year old preschool last week. So far he seems to be liking it. He has only gone three days so far. He goes for a few hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. It's perfect because I have enough time to knock out a few errands or chores and then it's time to pick him back up. I had forgotten how fast I can take care of things without an extra person to look after. I never really realized just how much of my time is doing things for Liam (Not that I mind). He really seems to like his teacher and so do I:)

We are beginning to see signs of fall coming to Tulsa. Now the leaves on the trees have been yellow for a while since it was such an excessive hot and dry summer. The temperatures are finally dropping low enough at night that it's really only "hot" for a few hours in the late afternoon instead of all day. I hope we have a nice and long fall:)

So those of you who know what Dan does for a living, we will be putting our "wish list" in in the next few months. We are aiming to live back on the east coast somewhere at least within reasonable driving time from our families. The offices on the east coast we can go to are Miami FL, Atlanta GA, Washington DC, Baltimore MD, Newark NJ, Philadelphia PA and NYC. We are actually hoping to get NYC, DC or Atlanta. We have family in or near those places so that would be nice after living so far away for almost four years now. There is also another possible "deal" on the table right now that would still bring us to northern Virginia. So hopefully sometime after the new year, we will have a new address too:)
